Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes. Orders reach Accra and Tema in 1 to 2 days and other regions in 3 to 5 days. We confirm the delivery cost by phone before you pay for it.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, on larger orders such as sofas, recliners, kitchens and wardrobes. Ask during your consultation and we will explain the options.
What does the warranty cover?
Electronics come with 12 months and furniture with 6 months against manufacturing faults. Keep your receipt or order number and call us if something goes wrong.
Can I see a piece before I buy it?
Yes. Most of our sofas, recliners and massage chairs are on the showroom floor at Burma Camp. If you can't come in, book a video call and we will show you around.
How long do custom wardrobes and kitchens take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks after we measure your space and you approve the design. We give you a date before you pay.
Do you assemble and install?
Yes. Our own team assembles furniture and installs kitchens, wardrobes, TV units and wall-mounted TVs when they deliver.
